We were delighted to collaborate with Lucy Wilcox Garden Design for the fabrication of the raised Planter edging for this stunning garden refurbishment in Putney Heath, London.

Our Series 3 Edging System in 6mm Mild Steel was chosen. The edging features a bare square top edge to provide a clean and contemporary finish. Support is provided by triangular gusset plates welded to the rear face equally spaced and base plates bolted down to concrete foundations.

In totals there was 47 Linear metres of edging with heights varying from 350mm to 800mm to produce terraced planting and lawn areas behind. 

After fabrication the edging was hot dipped galvanised. This process provides a unique finish that is incredibly robust with each component containing a varied grain pattern. After galvanising the edging was then patinated to accelerate the aging and weathering process.

A beautiful planting scheme with the contemporary edging design balanced perfectly in this stunning garden that was a pleasure to collaborate on.
