About the project

We were thrilled to collaborate with Designer Rosemary Coldstream for her medal winning Container garden at RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2023.

Inspired by the Fern Leaf from her native New Zealand, we were commissioned with the design and fabrication of this water outlet; laser cut and curved measuring approximately 1.2m high. 

One of the greatest challenges was ensuring that the pipe that the water flowed through was not visible therefore this formed the core of the leaf stem seamlessly polished to a beautiful finish. 

The 316 Grade Stainless Steel was polished to a Mirror Finish on the top surface and a Dull Polish to the underside.

This Gold Medal winning Container Garden was also awarded both the Best Container and Balcony Award and People’s Choice Award.
