This process involves folding the material of one of our 3 Pressbrakes.  160 tons of pressure forces the material into the desired folded shape, using the latest technology we can be sure every part is perfect and identical to the last.

Here we form the lip detail, the base detail and any other required folds, all to within fractions of a degree.

When metal is folded it will naturally stretch and get larger however this was allowed for in the original 3D model so we can be sure that each part is perfectly to size and then inspected thoroughly.

Once the inspection is complete, they move on to the next process, welding.
