Seven bespoke steel planters in three different sizes to fit between window columns at a new restaurant overlooking the Thames.
About the project
Close to Hammersmith Bridge, overlooking the Thames, Sam’s Riverside opened in 2019 as part of a multimillion-pound redevelopment at Riverside Studios. We were commissioned by Charlotte Rowe Garden Design to design and make seven planters in three different sizes to fit between the building’s brick columns.
Based on precise measurements taken on site, we made the planters in 1.5mm galvanised steel to ensure longevity and minimise maintenance. The planters were powder coated in RAL9004 black.
